You built the business.
We build the exit case.
Most owners discover what buyers needed to see only when the offer lands. By then, there is nothing left to fix. We close that gap, on a schedule, before it costs you.
8 in 10 businesses listed for sale never sell. The ones that do sell for what they were prepared to be worth, not what the owner hoped.

The 7 Mills
Seven dimensions, one score
Every mill is one dimension a buyer will examine. Hover or tap a segment of the wheel to see what it measures, and why it moves your multiple.
Take the Score, review it with us on a free call, then decide if the Scan makes sense.
Exit Ready Scan
We come to your business for half a day. We walk the operation, look at the numbers you are willing to show us, and ask the questions a buyer asks in the first meeting. Then we tell you, in plain terms, whether this business could sell today, roughly what it would fetch, and which two or three mills are costing you the most. Within a week you receive a short written verdict: your score on all seven mills, our reasoning, and the priority order.
What you receive
- Half a day on site with us, working through the business the way a buyer would
- A written verdict within one week scores on all seven mills, with the reasoning
- The two or three gaps costing you the most in priority order
- A straight answer to the question underneath it all could this sell, and at what kind of multiple
Foundation Programme
The Scan tells you what is broken. The Foundation starts repairing it. In the first three weeks we build the full baseline: financials, contracts, processes, the complete picture a buyer would assemble. In the remaining five weeks we close the two gaps costing you the most, together, and hand you the roadmap for everything that is left. You finish with two problems fixed, a validated score across all seven mills, and a plan you could execute without us.
What you receive
- Full baseline across all seven mills built from your real documents, not a questionnaire
- The two highest-cost gaps closed during the programme work done, not recommended
- A validated 7 Mills Score you can measure every future improvement against
- The roadmap for the remaining gaps in the order a buyer would price them
- A delivery session walking you and, if you want, your accountant through all of it
The baseline and the roadmap belong to the business. They are the foundation for the Build Programme and the starting point for any buyer conversation.
Founding client pricing
The Foundation Programme will be €14,500. The first five founding clients pay €9,500. In return we ask for two things: permission to write up the engagement as an anonymised case study, and a reference call for one future prospect. That is the trade. You get the full programme at a reduced fee because your engagement helps us prove the work.
The Foundation ends with a prioritised plan.
The Build Programme works through it, month by month.
Build Programme
The Foundation tells you what to fix. The Build Programme works through it with you, mill by mill. At every full re-score we measure against your Foundation baseline, and the programme ends when you cross 70 and the business is ready to go to market. The three tiers are three speeds. Which one fits depends on one question: how far away is your exit?
- Monthly strategy session: where you stand, what moves the needle next
- One project delivery session per month, hands-on work on the current gap
- Working score on the active mill, updated monthly
- Full 7 Mills re-score twice a year, measured against your Foundation baseline
Your exit is far enough away that steady beats fast. We work through one mill at a time, in order of what a buyer would price against you first.
- Monthly strategy session: where you stand, what moves the needle next
- Three project delivery sessions per month, two mills worked in parallel
- Working scores on the active mills, updated monthly
- Full 7 Mills re-score every quarter, measured against your Foundation baseline
- Quarterly progress memo, written so you can put it in front of a buyer later
You have a target year and the gap between your score and 70 will not close one mill at a time. The quarterly memo builds the paper trail a buyer will eventually ask for.
- Weekly sessions, strategy and delivery combined
- Your senior team included in relevant sessions
- Working scores on the active mills, updated monthly
- Full 7 Mills re-score every quarter, measured against your Foundation baseline
- Quarterly progress memo, written so you can put it in front of a buyer later
- Annual mock due diligence: we examine the business the way an acquirer would, and report what we find
- Direct access between sessions, answered within one business day
You are close enough to exit that the business, not just you, has to be ready. This is the only tier where we work directly with your team, and the only one that includes the mock due diligence.
